Dealer, fleet and pre-sale reconditioning in the Inland Empire

Bumper and panel refinish, paint correction, tint, PPF and wraps for dealership lots, resellers and fleets — per-unit estimates from photos and a VIN, photo updates on every unit.

Mon–Fri 9 AM–4 PM · Sat 9 AM–1 PM · 446 W Orange Show Ln, San Bernardino

The short version

What dealer and fleet reconditioning is

Dealer and fleet reconditioning is cosmetic body and paint work done on volume for businesses rather than individual owners: bumper scuffs, dents, curb rash on trim, paint chips, clearcoat fade, lot damage and trade-in blemishes fixed so a vehicle can go to the front line, back to a lessor, or into a resale listing. Round 2 Refinish writes a per-unit estimate from photos and a VIN, schedules the work, and sends photo updates as each unit moves through the shop.

  • Dealership and reseller account work is already part of the shop's week
  • Per-unit estimates from photos and a VIN
  • The same painter matching the same colors, unit after unit
  • Restyling on the same lot: tint, PPF, ceramic, wraps, chrome delete
  • Photo updates per unit
Scope

What we recon

Same list whether it's one trade-in or a row of them. Send the photos and we'll tell you where each unit lands.

Most lot damage is cosmetic and most of it repeats: a bumper corner that met a curb, a door ding from the next car over, clear coat gone chalky on a hood. None of it needs a full repaint. It needs a painter who can spot-refinish, blend into the next panel and hand the unit back.

  • Bumper repair and repaint
  • Door dings and panel scuffs
  • Spot refinish and blend
  • Trim and cladding refinish
  • Paint correction and polish
  • Clear-coat fade repaint
  • Pre-sale tint, PPF and ceramic packages
  • Wraps, de-badge and chrome delete for fleet identity
  • Windshield coordination
When it's more than cosmetic

Broken bumper tabs, a bent reinforcement, a snapped headlight bracket: if a unit needs more than the photos showed, we write it up with photos and get your OK before we touch it, the same way we'd write a supplement on a claim.

Process

How it works for accounts

Four steps per unit. The same flow whether you send one car or ten.

A black SUV in the repair bay with its front bumper cover, grille and headlights taken off, leaving the bumper reinforcement bar, radiator support and wiring exposed, with a frame rack along the wall behind it
Front end down in the collision bay. Same bay, same booth, whether it's a claim or a trade-in.
  1. Send the photo set and VIN per unit

Four corners, a close-up of each blemish, and the VIN plate, texted to (760) 881-5162 or emailed to [email protected]. One message per unit keeps the estimates straight.

  2. Per-unit estimate, approved electronically

Vasken writes an itemized estimate for each unit and sends it to sign. You approve the lines you want done. Nothing else gets touched.

  3. Scheduled work, photo updates as it moves

The unit comes in once any parts or materials are here, so it isn't sitting on our lot instead of yours. You get photos as it goes through teardown, the booth and reassembly.

  4. Pickup and invoice

We walk the unit in daylight before it leaves. Account terms are discussed with Vasken directly, not settled on a web page.

Who this is for

Three kinds of account

Different lots, same problem: a unit that can't go out looking like that.

Franchise and independent dealers

Trade-ins and off-lease units that need to be front-line ready: bumpers, doors, cladding, a polish on the panels that faded. One estimate per unit, one number to call when you want to know where it is.

Auto paint and refinishing

Used-car and specialty resellers

Cosmetic recon plus the restyling your listing photos lean on: tint, PPF on the front end, a ceramic coat so the paint photographs deep. Same shop, same visit, no second vendor.

Fleets and work trucks

Bumpers, tailgates and bedsides that take the hits, repainted in the booth. Lettering, de-badge and wraps for fleet identity, so the fifth van looks like the first.

Why here

Why R2R for account work

  • I-CAR-trained technicians and a downdraft booth, not a mobile touch-up van

Recon work goes through the same Platinum Finishing Systems downdraft booth as a full repaint. Blends are cured in the booth, not air-dried between two cars on the lot.

  • Old-school paint and new-school restyling under one roof

Armen paints; Vasken runs restyling. A unit can get a bumper refinish, tint and PPF in one visit instead of a trip to three vendors.

  • One owner to call

Vasken writes the estimates, schedules the units and answers the phone. There's no service advisor between you and the person who knows where your car is.

  • Photo updates on every unit

You'll see each unit in the booth before you think to ask for it, which is one less call to make on a Friday afternoon.

Where the units come from

A short drive from most of the Inland Empire's lots

Units come to the shop at 446 W Orange Show Ln, off Orange Show Rd at the I-10 / I-215 interchange. Early drop-off and late pick-up by appointment.

Dealer and fleet questions

Do you work with dealerships and fleets?

Yes. Dealership and reseller account work is a regular part of the shop's week. We don't name accounts. Text or email a photo set and VIN per unit for a per-unit estimate.

What reconditioning work do you do?

Bumper repair and repaint, panel dents and scuffs, spot refinish and blend, trim and cladding refinish, paint correction and polish, plus tint, PPF and ceramic for pre-sale packages, and wraps or chrome delete for fleet identity.

How fast can you turn a unit?

We quote a date per unit from the photos and hold it; account customers get photo updates as each unit moves through. Turnaround depends on scope and parts, so we give you a date rather than a promise here.

Can you keep colors consistent across a fleet?

Yes. The same painter matches the same factory codes with spray-out cards, so the fifth white van matches the first.

How do we set up an account?

Call or text Vasken at (760) 881-5162 or email [email protected] with the kind of volume you're looking at. Terms are agreed directly.
